Exchange Process:

  2. Our team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
  3. Securely pack the item and include a copy of the original invoice.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will check it with our team to ensure it is in its original and unused condition.
  6. After the product check, we will proceed with your exchanged order promptly.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund:

Please note that refund is not provided. Upon receiving the item for exchange, we will inspect it and process the exchange within 7 business days. The exchanged item will be shipped to you promptly.
