Cancellation Policy

At Thaan India, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been shipped.

1.2

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at thethaanindia@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.


2. Cancellation by Thaan India

Thaan India reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.

  • Payment could not be successfully processed.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction.

  • Delivery location is not serviceable.

If an order is cancelled by Thaan India after payment has been received, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.


3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may also be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer support.

Repeated cancellation of COD orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
