At Thaan India, every suit is carefully inspected before dispatch. Since we deal in unstitched fabrics, slight variations in color, texture, or print placement may naturally occur and are part of the fabric’s unique character.
We want you to shop with confidence, so please read our policy carefully.
1. Returns
We currently do not accept returns for orders once delivered, except in the following cases:
- You received a wrong product
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product has a major manufacturing defect
To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video
- Product images showing the issue
Without an unboxing video, return claims may not be accepted.
2. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for eligible issues such as:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product
- Major defect in fabric
If approved, the exchange will be processed subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:
- Credit Note
or - Alternate product of similar value
Furthermore,
- The products should be in the same condition as received with the tags intact.
- The shipping cost (INR 200/-) is to be borne by the customer.
- Return or exchange should be notified to us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- In case of exchange of products, we provide a Credit Note which can be utilized anytime within 3 months from the date of issue.
- After the returned goods is processed, you will get Credit Note for the amount adjusting shipping cost.

How to use the Credit Note
Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’.
You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in the total as per your given discount amount.
